What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ varies by product type. For standard spherical lenses and windows, MOQ starts at 1 piece. For custom-coated or specialty components, MOQ may start at 5–10 pieces. Prototype and sample orders are always welcome — please contact us for specific requirements.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a wide range of optical materials including: optical glass (BK7, D263T, Fused Silica, Pyrex), crystalline materials (Sapphire, Ge, Si, CaF2, ZnSe), specialty glass (Schott, Ohara, CDGM), and polymer optics (PMMA, PC). Contact us if you need a specific material not listed here.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead times vary by product complexity and order volume. Standard catalog items: 1–2 weeks. Custom-coated components: 2–4 weeks. Complex multi-element assemblies: 4–8 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. We provide firm delivery schedules with every quote.
Can you manufacture custom optical components?
Yes. We specialize in custom optical component manufacturing. Our in-house optical design team uses Zemax and CODE V for system design. We can manufacture components to your exact specifications including custom diameters, radii, materials, surface qualities, and coating requirements. Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and dedicated freight forwarders. All shipments are carefully packaged with anti-static and shock-resistant materials. We handle all export documentation including customs declarations, Certificates of Origin, and commercial invoices.
What surface quality can you achieve?
We routinely achieve surface qualities from 40-20 (MIL-PRF-13830B) to 10-5 (λ/10 @ 632.8nm) depending on component type and material. Our interferometric testing ensures every precision surface meets specification before shipment. We provide full test reports with each order.
