Nova Component is a team of optical engineers and manufacturing specialists focused on one thing: making precision optical components right. Based in Beijing, we serve customers globally — from research labs and startups to established manufacturers and system integrators.
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with CNC grinding and polishing equipment, precision vacuum coating systems, and cleanroom space for assembly and testing. We work across a wide diameter range — from sub-millimeter micro-optics to large-format components — in a broad selection of optical materials.
Every component is inspected and tested before delivery. We maintain documented quality procedures from incoming material to final packing, and are happy to share our quality documentation, inspection reports, and test data with customers as part of our standard process.

Precision Optics Manufacturing
From CNC grinding and polishing to magnetorheological finishing (MRF), we produce spherical, aspheric, cylindrical, and freeform optics in a broad range of optical materials — BK7, UVFS, Germanium, Sapphire, CaF₂, ZnSe, and more.
Advanced Optical Coatings
Multi-layer anti-reflection (AR) coatings, high-reflection (HR) mirror coatings, and specialized bandpass filters in our vacuum coating chambers — tailored to specific wavelengths and power levels.
Full Optical Testing
Every component is measured — interferometry for surface accuracy, spectrophotometry for transmission, and profilometry for surface finish. We provide inspection reports as standard for custom orders.
Custom Design & OEM
Our in-house engineering team provides optical system design services using Zemax and CODE V, and works with customers on custom component specifications, drawings, and prototyping for OEM volumes.
